Why a generator instead of a template file

A raffle ticket template in a word processor gives you one ticket to copy. Numbering is the slow part: retyping 001, 002, 003 on every ticket and again on every stub, and hoping nothing is skipped. Here the numbers are filled in for you, in order, with the ticket and stub always matching.

What is on each ticket

  • The ticket (the buyer keeps it): event name, number, prize, date and time, location, price, your organization or a contact line, and an optional line of fine print.
  • The stub (you keep it): the same number, plus write-in lines for name, phone, email or address, whichever you need to reach a winner.
  • A dashed perforation line between them, to fold and tear or cut.

Layouts that fit a normal printer

Choose 4 (1×4), 5 (1×5), 8 (2×4), 10 (2×5), 12 (2×6) tickets per page on US Letter or A4. One column gives long tickets with room for a big prize line; two columns give the classic small raffle ticket. Light cut guides run between tickets.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Up to 50 numbered tickets per PDF, every free colour theme, stubs, every layout, PDF download and printing are free, with no account. Free pages carry one small line at the bottom saying where they were made.

How does the numbering work?

Enter the first number and how many tickets you need. Each ticket and its stub get the same number, counting up by one with no gaps or repeats. Add leading zeros (001, 0001), a prefix such as “A-” or a suffix, and the preview shows the result before you print.

What goes on the stub?

The ticket number, always, plus write-in lines you choose: name, phone, email and address. The buyer keeps the ticket; you keep the stub in the draw box. A dashed line marks where to tear or cut.

How do I print and cut the tickets?

Press Download PDF and print it at 100% (actual size), or press Print. Choose US Letter or A4 and 4, 5, 8, 10, 12 tickets per page. Cut along the light dashed guides, then fold or cut along the darker dashed line between ticket and stub.

What paper should I use?

Plain printer paper works. Card stock (about 65 lb / 176 g/m²) feels more like a real ticket and tears more cleanly at the fold. Coloured paper with the ink saver theme is a cheap way to tell different draws apart.

Can I make more than 50 tickets?

Free PDFs hold up to 50 tickets. For a bigger raffle, make several free batches with different start numbers (1, 51, 101…), or choose the Single Event plan (up to 1,000 tickets in one PDF) or Lifetime (up to 5,000).

Can I put my logo on the tickets?

Yes, with a paid plan. The logo is read by your browser and drawn into the PDF on your own device; it is never uploaded to us.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. The ticket maker runs in your web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The text you type and any logo stay in your browser.
